4 TIPS FOR THE PICKY EATERS

Parents get a headache when their children are confused with eating at home. Although you are properly cooked and fed, if children are still confused with eating, you will be very tired. So today, we would like to share 4-tips for parents that will be useful with picky eaters.

  1. Be relaxed.

We want to advise you not to stress too much if your child is a picky eater. Parents themselves were confused with eating when they were young. The most common cause of picky eater is when weaning, toddler, teens, or at any time. So do not blame yourself, and you don’t need to be stressed.

  1. Introduce slowly.

Studies show that if you want to feed your child new food, you should try over 20 times. The simplest example is if you want your child to eat carrots, put them on his dinner table regularly. Let them see the food, and let them see you eat.

Then feed them little by little. Make sure clearly that he does not like it or does not eat much. If he eats more and more over time, be patient.

  1. Get them involved.

When preparing food, try to prepare it with your children. For example, you can give a chance for your child to choose the vegetables for the meal. This content makes your child more interested in food at the dinner table.

  1. Make it fun.

Mealtimes can be a little dull for children, so you should prepare them to be fun at this time. So, how do you do that? Their food should be prepared with bright and colorful plates. Cute dessert plates should also be used to encourage to eat of a variety of fruits and vegetables.
